SHIPPING

Every TrashShirts.com shirt is made to order just for you. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before being packaged and shipped.

Production & Processing
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If your order contains products fulfilled from different facilities, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the address or replace an order delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are printed specifically for each customer when ordered, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or simply changing your mind.

Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If we screwed something up, we'll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once we verify the problem, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you can't locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. Contact us if you still cannot locate the package.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

We start processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.
